Frequently asked questions.

The clothes I ordered have a weird smell. Is something wrong?

Probably not. The printing process (plus getting sealed into a plastic bag, let's be real) can cause a bit of a funk. It should disappear when aired out and/or after its first wash.

Can I put my mug in the dishwasher?

Our 12 oz enamel mugs cannot go in the dishwasher or the microwave due to how the design is printed onto the product. Ceramic mugs are good to go, though!

Can I put my glass in the dishwasher?

Alas, microwaves and dishwashers are a no-go for the glasses. Handwash only. You know we love boundaries around here, even when it's just a glass.

Can I wash and dry my tee/sweatshirt?

You sure can! Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Why are some items/colors not available in extended sizes?

We are committed to offering inclusive sizing, which means we offer all sizes of every item available from our print-on-demand service. We also predominantly choose to use items that offer extended sizing. That said, Printful might run out of or not offer certain items or colors in certain sizes. While we don't have control over this, we do our best to make our empowering designs available for everyone.

There's something wrong with my item. How do I return it?

Check out our return policy here.

Why won't I get my order as fast as Amazon?

We get it. When you're excited to purchase something, you want it in your hands ASAP. We're the same way. However, all our products are print-on-demand, which means they are printed just for you shortly after you place your order. Not only is this a sustainable business practice for us that allows us to offer a range of products, designs, and styles, it is a sustainable environmental practice. We do choose items made and printed in the US so that they will get to you without having to worry about international supply chain or anything else that might delay getting your products from the printer into your hands! We appreciate your support of our small, queer woman-owned business and your understanding that we've streamlined the distribution process as much as possible.
