Returns

We get it. Stuff happens. Here's the deal when it comes to returns.

TL;DR: Email alyssa@marybsafrit.com with your order number, reason for wanting to return your item, and a picture of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

The details:

If your item is damaged or the printing is derpy, email alyssa@marybsafrit.com with your order number, details of the issue, and pictures within 30 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests outside of this window, as it is the policy of our printing service. Once Printful has approved the claim, we'll send you details on how to make the return and shipping info for the replacement.

If your item doesn't fit, we do not offer exchanges. Email alyssa@marybsafrit.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the issue within 30 days of receiving your item. Items should be in their original condition and cannot have been worn, washed, or altered. If your item is eligible for return, Alyssa will send you instructions on where to send the item, and you will be issued a refund. You can place an order for a different item at any point.
